Welcome to Home! - The Ultimate Home workout programme to sculpt and tone your body. Home contains a science based training programme that is designed to burn fat and build muscle, while maintaining mobility and functionality. Through an exciting 8 weeks of resistance, HIIT, plyometric and functional movements, you'll learn to love and look after your body. Every single workout is new and unique to the day before, with warm ups included. Either use the follow along video with Dr Sara's instructional voiceovers, or use the simple E-Guide to complete your workout. The weekly Mindset Motivation sessions will help you to tackle what is often the biggest obstacle in any persons fitness journey - the mind. Grow fitter and stronger with Dr Sara as your personal coach. Use the group to chat to other members and share your progress as you grow!
