Through an exciting 8 weeks of resistance, HIIT, plyometric and functional movements, you'll learn to love and look after your body. Every single workout is new and unique to the day before, with warm ups included. Either use the follow along video with Dr Sara's instructional voiceovers, or use the simple E-Guide to complete your workout. The weekly Mindset Motivation sessions will help you to tackle what is often the biggest obstacle in any persons fitness journey - the mind!
